Job Description We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Sr. Delivery Manager with strong hands-on technical expertise to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical understanding with ownership of delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days WFO & 1 Day WFH in a week)

Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget adherence

● Define delivery plans, milestones, governance, and risk mitigation strategies.

● Manage resource planning, allocation, utilization, and capacity across projects.

● Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address delivery risks.

● Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery practices and release management

● Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud, and data

● Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure SDLC/DevOps best practices.
