As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects.   • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices within the team.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.
  • Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering their technical growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Ability to optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
