Main objective: Develop products customers want to buy at profitable prices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new kidswear styles, prints, colours and combo packs.
- Study marketplace demand and competitor products.
- Calculate product costs and recommend selling prices.
- Plan age-wise and size-wise assortments.
- Test new designs in small quantities before scaling.
- Identify slow-moving products and recommend markdowns.
- Maintain a product calendar for upcoming seasons and festivals.
