  • Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT and software development projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules, sprint planning, task allocation, and daily progress tracking.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, provide project updates, and manage client expectations
