Summary:
The Software Engineer HMI Application role focuses on the complete software development life cycle of Android projects, utilizing JAVA/Kotlin, to enhance automotive embedded software development.
Responsibilities:
- Full Software development life cycle of Android projects in JAVA/Kotlin.
- Development of Android HMI for system and user applications.
- Support junior developers and assist in problem-solving.
- Utilization of continuous build systems using Jenkins and Linux tools.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science.
- 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Software Development on Android (AOSP/AAOS) in JAVA/Kotlin.
- 5 to 8 years of overall experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of Android architecture, framework, and application development.
- Proficient in HMI wireframing/prototyping using Figma.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with A-SPICE.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
