Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a data-informed Director of Master Data to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive research to answer complex operational questions.
• Extract, aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple disparate sources.
• Identify critical trends, behavioral patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering to refine data models and pipelines.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional ability to translate raw data into clear, business-driven narratives.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
