Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic Director of Business Intelligence to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple disparate sources.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.
• Conduct deep-dive research to answer complex operational questions.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering to refine data models and pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional ability to translate raw data into clear, business-driven narratives.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data manipulation.
• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
