Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a results-driven VP of Business Intelligence to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Present complex data findings and actionable strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
- Extract, aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple disparate sources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
- Exceptional ability to translate raw data into clear, business-driven narratives.
