Company Description JEEVIKA is India’s largest state-level socio-economic empowerment program, working directly with over 18.1 million rural families in Bihar. It is a flagship poverty alleviation initiative of the Government of Bihar, focused on building sustainable livelihoods for rural communities. The program is built on a three-tier community structure comprising Self-Help Groups, Village Organisations, and Cluster-Level Federations. Established in 2007 as an autonomous body under the Rural Development Department, JEEVIKA now functions as the State Rural Livelihoods Mission under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission framework to scale poverty reduction efforts across Bihar.

Role Description The MIS ERP Consultant will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of ERP-based Management Information Systems for JEEVIKA’s rural livelihoods programs. This contract, on-site role in Patna involves configuring ERP modules, managing data flows, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting for program monitoring and decision-making. The consultant will collaborate with program and IT teams to gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and troubleshoot system and data-related issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include data validation, user support, documentation of processes, and coordination with vendors or technical partners for updates and enhancements. The role also includes training and handholding of field and office staff on ERP usage and ensuring adherence to data quality and security standards.
