Technical Project Manager (TPM) – Hyderabad

Quest Global is looking for experienced Technical Project Managers to lead and deliver complex technology and engineering projects within Data Engineering / AI/ML.

Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office

Experience: 12+ years overall | 5+ years in Technical Delivery Management

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Interview Mode: In-Person

Employment: Full-Time | Regular Shift

Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT or related discipline

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, governance and delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources and deliverables.
  • Drive risk, issue, dependency, escalation and mitigation management.
  • Coordinate with Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts and Technical Leads.
  • Manage onshore/offshore teams, customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct project reviews, status meetings, technical discussions and governance meetings.
  • Ensure delivery against agreed scope, schedule, quality and customer expectations.
  • Resolve technical blockers and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.Required Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of Software Development and Engineering Lifecycle.
  • Experience managing Application Development, Engineering, Digital, Cloud, Data or AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of Software Architecture, APIs, Databases, Cloud Platforms, DevOps, CI/CD and Testing.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate with engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or equivalent project management tools.Project & Delivery Management Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and onshore-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, difficult conversations, competing priorities and delivery escalations.Good to Have
  • Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
  • Experience working with global customers and onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
  • Experience in Engineering Services or Product Engineering organizations.
