The Senior Product Designer leads the product design team in creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for digital products and interfaces. They provide design direction, mentorship, and expertise to junior team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality product design solutions.

  • Leads the design of user interfaces and interactions for digital products and interfaces, leveraging expertise in product design principles, design thinking, and user research.
  • Provides design direction and mentorship to junior product designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Conducts design reviews and ensure adherence to design specifications, brand guidelines, and best practices. Stays abreast of emerging trends and technologies in product design, incorporating innovative techniques into design solutions.

  • A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in a related field
  • Strategy: Expertise in developing and implementing strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of required technologies, platforms, and architectures.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business and technical challenges.
