As a Agentic AI & GCP Insurance Domain Senior Manager you will lead client-facing data and analytics engineering work focused on designing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions that support AI-driven outcomes within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, advise on complex delivery challenges, coach teams through ambiguity, and apply sound judgment while communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will use your knowledge of agentic AI and Google Cloud Platform to shape data solutions, guide technical direction, and contribute to work that helps clients move from raw data to actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Leading client-facing data modernization and agentic AI initiatives across GCP environments for insurance use cases
• Designing cloud data architectures, pipelines, and transformation frameworks that support scalable analytics and reporting
• Guiding teams through complex delivery work, balancing technical choices, scope, and delivery timelines
• Translating business goals into data engineering approaches that support platform migration, consolidation, and performance tuning
• Applying GCP services, Databricks, Snowflake, and orchestration tools to build integrated data solutions
• Reviewing data models, integration patterns, and validation methods to improve data quality and consistency
• Advising clients on modern data platform design, AI-enabled workflows, and future-state engineering roadmaps
• Coaching team members, resolving delivery blockers, and making decisions that support project momentum
• Communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise way
• Advancing technical standards, delivery methods, and reusable engineering assets across data modernization efforts

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
