Role Description The Senior React Native Developer role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the developer designs, builds, and maintains high-quality mobile applications using React Native, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define requirements, implement features, and refine user interfaces. The developer will integrate front-end components with back-end services, write clean and testable code, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues across platforms. This role also involves optimizing applications for maximum speed and usability, maintaining documentation, and contributing to technical decisions and best practices for the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills with experience in JavaScript and React Native.
• Proficiency in state management frameworks such as Redux.js for scalable mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and patterns, including RESTful APIs and back-end web development integration.
• Experience with mobile app deployment processes on iOS and Android (App Store and Google Play).
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code, including unit and integration testing.
• Background in performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting in mobile environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in hybrid teams across on-site and remote settings.
• Typically 5+ years of professional experience in mobile or software development; prior experience in a senior or lead role is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
