About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive application development, deployment, and support initiatives for enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET Programming, SQL, and CI/CD practices, coupled with proven leadership capabilities in managing development teams and delivering complex projects. This role requires a combination of technical excellence, project leadership, stakeholder management, and operational oversight to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of critical business applications.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate application development, deployment, and support activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee production deployments, hypercare support, application stabilization, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, release processes, and deployment automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of application development initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project performance, delivery schedules, quality metrics, and operational SLAs.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate technical reviews, sprint planning, release readiness assessments, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, coding practices, security requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Support production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Drive automation and process optimization to improve application delivery and operational efficiency.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Application Development, Application Support, or Software Engineering roles.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead, Project Lead, Technical Lead, or Delivery Coordination role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies and enterprise application development.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational database technologies for enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience managing application deployment, hypercare, and support activities for large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Expertise in CI/CD implementation, deployment pipelines, release management, and automation practices.
  • Experience with source control systems, branching strategies, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing project schedules, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to lead development teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance technical delivery responsibilities with project leadership and team management.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
