We are looking for a hands-on Azure AI Solution Architect to help an enterprise client review, optimize, and accelerate its existing Microsoft Foundry deployment, with a strong focus on secure enterprise data integration and AI-powered conversational solutions.

• Review the existing Microsoft Foundry architecture and private connectivity setup, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Design secure conversational access to on-premises SQL databases, ERP systems, and internal documents.
• Implement and validate integrations using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, and other relevant Azure services.
• Assess private connectivity, identity management, access controls, and cloud-to-on-premises integration.
• Design RAG-based solutions for structured data access and document retrieval.
• Validate configurations hands-on and document architecture decisions, dependencies, and phased implementation plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and AI engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and implementation recommendations to the client’s engineering team.✅ Mandatory Skills
• Strong, hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI solutions, with demonstrable examples of personally designed, configured, and deployed implementations.
• Expertise in Azure architecture, enterprise networking, private connectivity, identity, and access management.
• Experience integrating cloud-based AI services with on-premises systems and enterprise data sources.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and conversational AI solutions for structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to evaluate Microsoft AI tools, recommend suitable architecture patterns, and explain technical trade-offs.
• Experience reviewing existing deployments, troubleshooting integration issues, and prioritizing improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge-transfer skills.⭐ Good to Have
• Experience with GCC High or similarly controlled enterprise environments.
• Microsoft Bicep and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Azure AI Search, Microsoft Foundry Agents, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience evaluating AI answer quality, latency, and token costs.🎯 Ideal Candidate: A hands-on architect who can assess an existing Azure AI environment, identify security and integration gaps, and work directly with engineering teams to deliver practical solutions—not just provide high-level architecture recommendations.
