Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js and Java Spring Boot, frontend application development, REST API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based application deployment on AWS.

The candidate should be capable of working across the complete software development lifecycle, from application design and development to deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and Java Spring Boot.
  • Build robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js and Java.
  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
  • Design and implement microservices-based architecture and distributed applications.
  • Integrate backend services with databases, third-party applications, and external APIs.
  • Develop secure and high-performance APIs using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Node.js frameworks.
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, ECS, EKS, and CloudWatch.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Spring Security.
  • Design and optimize database queries and application performance.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.Required Technical Skills

1. Backend Development – Node.js

  • Strong hands-on experience in Node.js backend development.
  • Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience in asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and API development.
  • Experience building scalable and high-performance backend applications.2. Backend Development – Java Spring Boot
  • Strong experience in Java 8/11/17 or above.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and multithreading.
  • Experience with Hibernate, JPA, and database integrations.3. AWS Cloud
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
  • Knowledge of AWS services:
  • EC2, S3, Lambda
  • API Gateway
  • RDS, DynamoDB
  • ECS / EKS
  • CloudWatch
  • SQS / SNS
  • IAM
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, security, and monitoring.
  • Experience with AWS-based application deployment and troubleshooting.4. Frontend Development
  • Experience with React.js or Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with responsive UI development and frontend/backend integration.
  • Knowledge of state management and reusable component development.5. Database & DevOps
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing.Good to Have
  • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
  • Knowledge of serverless architecture using AWS Lambda.
  • Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
  • Experience with high-availability and distributed systems.Candidate Requirements
  • 8+ years of overall software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and Java Spring Boot.
  • Practical experience with AWS cloud services and deployments.
  • Experience in developing enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
  • Strong understanding of microservices and REST API architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
