ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer to build complete web applications, internal business systems, and AI-powered tools from scratch.

You’ll work directly with a U.S.-based client to turn business ideas and workflows into working software — from planning and database design through development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot should be part of your everyday workflow. But this is not a no-code or prompt-only role. You must understand, review, debug, and improve the code that AI generates and be fully capable of writing code yourself when needed.

This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates in India and the Philippines.

IMPORTANT

We need a real full-stack developer who uses AI to move faster — not someone who relies on AI to compensate for weak programming fundamentals.

You must be able to independently take an application from idea through production. A portfolio of 2–3 live applications or GitHub repositories you personally built is required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build custom web applications, internal systems, and AI-powered tools from scratch
  • Turn business ideas and operational workflows into working software
  • Develop front-end applications using React or Next.js
  • Build backends using Node.js, Express.js, Python, or similar technologies
  • Design and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Supabase, or Firebase
  • Build REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON integrations, and third-party integrations
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and user-management systems
  • Build AI-powered features using APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude
  • Use Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI coding tools to accelerate development
  • Review, debug, and improve both AI-generated and hand-written code
  • Maintain code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability
  • Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel, AWS, Render, Railway, or similar platforms

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of professional software-development, application-development, or full-stack experience
  • Proven experience building and deploying complete applications from scratch
  • Strong front-end and back-end development fundamentals
  • JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • React or Next.js
  • Node.js, Express.js, Python, or comparable backend experience
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
  • REST API, webhook, OAuth, and third-party integration experience
  • Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other LLM APIs
  • Git and GitHub proficiency
  • Cloud deployment experience
  • Ability to independently plan, build, debug, deploy, and maintain complex applications

  • Scheduling, appointment-booking, or resource-management systems
  • Client-facing or employee-facing portal development
  • AI agents and AI-powered workflow automation
  • Workflow automation and systems integration experience
  • Experience building internal business software
  • Strong AI-first software-development workflow
