About PSI

PanScience Innovations (PSI) builds GenAI and software solutions for enterprise clients. We work in AI/ML, infrastructure, voice AI, and CRM. Our teams use AI coding tools (Claude Code) for most development work. We need people who make sure this work is correct, secure, and ready for production.

About the role

You are the link between our clients and our developers. Clients tell us what they need in business language. You change that into clear specifications that developers and AI coding tools can use.You manage delivery on multiple client projects at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Make sure that each story has a clear definition of "done".
  • Write specifications that are precise enough for a developer, and for Claude Code, to use directly.
  • Make and maintain the project plan, milestones, and task board (for example, Jira, Linear, or ClickUp).
  • Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and client demos.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and scope changes. Tell the client and the CTO early.

  • Send clear status reports to clients every week.
  • Do acceptance tests with the client before each release.

Required skills

  • Very good spoken and written English. You must explain the same topic to a client executive and to a developer.
  • Technical background: you understand APIs, databases, cloud hosting, and how a web or mobile application works.
  • Experience in writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery.
  • Experience with a project management tool (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Ability to read basic technical documents: API specs, architecture diagrams, and data models.
  • Experience with AI tools for daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent).

Good to have

  • Past experience as a developer or QA engineer.
