I’m looking for a Founding Growth Cofounder / CMO — one person who is a full growth army.

Not a social media manager.

Not a Canva operator.

Not someone who just says “post more reels.”

I want someone who can use AI, agents, automation, content, psychology, funnels, and brutal execution to build the demand engine from zero.

You should be excited by:

Building marketing pipelines from scratch
Testing landing pages, CTAs, hooks, funnels & onboarding
Creating founder-led content that actually converts
Using AI tools and agentic workflows logically
Running growth experiments every week
Owning app content, community, campaigns & user communication
Turning complex finance into something people understand and trustBonus if you’ve done: B2C app growth, fintech/wealth, conversion experiments, performance marketing, community building, or AI-led marketing automation.

This is cofounder-level.

Ownership, upside, chaos, and the chance to build a real product from the ground up.
