Co-founder & Business Partner — Growth and Operations | JobTrackOS

JobTrackOS is a live, India-first career platform offering job discovery, resume matching, tailored resumes and cover letters, and document templates.

I’m looking for a serious, hands-on co-founder who will share responsibility for building and growing the business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead user acquisition, onboarding and retention.
  • Build college, placement and community partnerships.
  • Develop our community, including Discord.
  • Plan and execute marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Help prioritise product improvements using user feedback.
  • Set clear goals, meet commitments and review progress regularly.

Financial participation:

You should be willing and able to contribute financially when required for mutually agreed business needs, such as infrastructure, tools or growth initiatives. Contributions, spending limits and responsibilities will be agreed in advance.

Who should apply:

  • Someone with practical experience in growth, partnerships, community building or startup operations.
  • Someone who can commit consistent time and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Someone comfortable sharing execution, decisions and financial responsibility as a business partner.

This is an early-stage co-founder partnership. Equity, financial contributions, time commitment, decision-making and any compensation will be discussed and documented before either side commits.
