Role Description The Associate Business System Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the analysis, design, and optimization of business systems and processes that underpin PInterview’s online coaching platform. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, analyzing existing workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience. The role involves translating business needs into clear specifications for technical teams, assisting with system configuration and testing, and supporting the implementation of new features or enhancements. The Associate Business System Analyst also helps prepare reports and dashboards, collaborates closely with product, operations, and technology teams, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis to evaluate, design, and optimize platform and process performance.
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and propose evidence-based solutions.
  • Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Relevant experience in technology-enabled services, online platforms, or consulting environments is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with capacity to work effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional team.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, proficiency with productivity and documentation tools, and familiarity with basic project management or agile practices are advantageous.
