- Consolidate updates across multiple projects into clear, concise status reporting for senior and executive leadership.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders and follow up consistently to ensure deliverables and commitments stay on track.
- Step into larger cross-functional initiatives that require additional project management ownership and help drive them through completion.
- Communicate complex project information in a clear way, including what is on track, what is at risk, and where leadership support or decisions are needed.

- 5–10 years of Program Management or Project Management experience, ideally supporting complex technology or digital initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience driving large, cross-functional projects or programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Confident and proactive communication style with the ability to drive accountability, obtain updates from stakeholders, and keep projects moving forward.
