Are you a senior analyst with deep domain expertise in Capital Markets, Asset Management, and QA Frameworks? We are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst (8+ Years) to join our growing team in Hyderabad!

📌 Role Overview

  • Position: Business Data Analyst
  • Experience Required: 8+ Years
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Work from Home)
  • Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
  • Domain: Fintech | Asset Management | Equities, Fixed Income & Derivatives Trading | Issuer Communication

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Business & QA Collaboration: Work closely with business users across billing, payment workflows, and quality assurance processes.
  • Testing & Framework Enhancement: Drive best practices in the testing space, execute functional testing, build/improve test frameworks, and produce comprehensive quality reports.
  • Calibration & Stakeholder Briefings: Lead calibration sessions in sync with Delivery and QA teams, and develop targeted briefings for advisors on Service Quality deficiencies and improvement initiatives.
  • Market Data & Trading Workflows: Leverage strong domain knowledge in fixed income, equity, and derivatives trading alongside market data providers to streamline operations.
  • Agile Execution: Apply software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies to optimize test processes and delivery quality.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience as a Business Data Analyst in Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Fintech.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong grasp of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives trading, Billing & Payment QA, and market data providers.
  • Technical Stack: Hands-on proficiency with SQL Developer, PostgreSQL, and scripting languages (Python / JavaScript).
  • Tools & Software: Experience with database management software, test tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Methodologies: Strong background in QA testing processes, framework design, and Agile execution.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and briefing skills for advising groups and internal leadership.
