Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharma PMT (Product Management Team) role based in Chennai, focused on Nephrology, Urology, and Cardio-Diabetic segments. The role involves managing the lifecycle of assigned products, including market analysis, product positioning, and portfolio planning. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, preparing promotional materials, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting field activities with scientific and marketing content. The role also requires close collaboration with medical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance, timely product launches, and effective brand communication. Ongoing tasks include monitoring product performance, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying opportunities for growth within the therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Nephrology, including knowledge of Dialysis, Hemodialysis, and Transplant-related therapies; candidates should possess these clinical understanding skills.
  • Broad understanding of Medicine and pharmaceutical products, with the ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into effective product and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in product management in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Nephrology, Urology, or Cardio-Diabetic segments.
  • Ability to develop marketing plans, manage brand strategies, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field; MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is an added advantage.
  • Capacity to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
