🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Developer / Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM integrations and technical development.

✅ Mandatory Technical Skills

• Workday Studio – Hands-on experience developing complex integrations.
• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) – Inbound and outbound integrations.
• Workday Core Connectors – Configuration and customization.
• Workday Web Services – SOAP, REST APIs, and WWS.
• XML, XSLT, XPath – Data transformation and mapping.
• Workday HCM Integrations – Integration with payroll, benefits, HR systems, and third-party applications.
• Integration Security – ISU, security groups, authentication, and permissions.
• End-to-End Integration Development – Requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging – Resolving integration failures and technical issues.

➕ Good-to-Have Skills

• Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.
• REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML.
• OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SSO.
• Middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Git, CI/CD, and version control.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
• Develop data transformation logic using XML, XSLT, and XPath.
• Handle end-to-end integration development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain integration documentation and technical specifications.
