Oracle Business Intelligence Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Integration Cloud OIC Lead/Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OIC and a strong background in integrating Oracle SaaS applications with on-premises and third-party systems. This role involves mentoring junior developers, ensuring best practices, and driving integration architecture decisions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of advanced integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud OIC
• Architect and implement end-to-end integration flows including orchestration, transformation, and error handling
• Configure and manage OIC adapters: REST, SOAP, FTP, Database, ERP, HCM, etc
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and robust error handling in all integrations
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers
• Manage the integration lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Work closely with Oracle SaaS teams ERP HCM CX and other enterprise systems for seamless connectivity
• Document integration designs, standards, and best practicesRequired Skills Qualifications
• 5-12 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud OIC
• Strong expertise in OIC components: Integrations, Connections, Lookups, Schedules, Monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and data mappings
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and security protocols: OAuth, certificates
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud HCM Cloud or other Oracle SaaS applications
• Proficiency in Groovy, JavaScript, or similar scripting for custom logic in OIC
• Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teamsNice to Have Skills
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Process Automation or API Gateway
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, Data Encryption, and Performance Tuning
• Familiarity with CICD pipelines for OIC deployments and Agile methodologies
