Key Responsibilities

  •  Define product vision and a prioritized 6-12 month roadmap informed by customer discovery, creator needs, enterprise use cases and competitive intelligence.
  •  Lead end-to-end product development for text-to-video, image-to-video, dubbing, voice cloning, lip-sync, music generation and editing workflows.
  •  Own customer discovery, workflow prototypes, competitor benchmarking, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and release readiness.
  •  Make explicit product trade-offs across model quality, creative control, latency, inference cost, reliability and commercial impact.
  •  Own activation, successful generations, repeat usage, retention, conversion, revenue contribution and customer satisfaction metrics.
  •  Own product pricing and packaging recommendations, usage-based monetization and enterprise feature prioritization.
  •  Establish product operating cadence, decision logs, quality gates and post-launch reviews without adding unnecessary process.
  •  Present roadmap choices, product risks and measurable outcomes to founders and leadership.
  •  Drive cross-functional execution with AI research, engineering, design, GTM and forward deployment teams lead enterprise pilot feedback through scalable releases.

Must-have Qualifications

  •  7+ years of relevant product management experience preferred, including ownership of shipped SaaS products, roadmap decisions and measurable adoption or revenue outcomes.
  •  Hands-on experience using generative audio, image and video tools strong understanding of AI filmmaking, prompt engineering and creator production workflows.
  •  Ability to lead discovery, product strategy, PRDs, prioritization, experimentation, stakeholder alignment and product analytics independently.
  •  Technical fluency to evaluate model capabilities, APIs, inference economics, output quality and architecture trade-offs with AI engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience leading a product area or mentoring product/design contributors knowledge of Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Sora, Veo, ComfyUI or ElevenLabs.
  •  Multimodal AI, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, model evaluation, API products, Figma, Jira, Mixpanel, Amplitude or PostHog.
  •  Script-to-screen pipelines, storyboarding, character consistency, localization, creative collaboration and SaaS monetization.

  •  Immediate joining required: current notice period must be below 15 days (0-14 calendar days).
  •  Must be available to join within 14 calendar days of offer acceptance.
  •  Full-time, on-site presence at the stated location is mandatory.
  •  Demonstrated end-to-end ownership, startup adaptability and willingness to execute hands-on are essential.
