Linux Technical Consultant – Virtualization & Infrastructure

Are you an experienced Linux Technical Consultant with strong expertise in KVM virtualization, enterprise infrastructure, and solution architecture?

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on professional who can design, implement, and deliver enterprise-grade Linux and virtualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Linux and KVM-based virtualization solutions.

Lead solution architecture, technical design, and infrastructure integration.

Work with enterprise virtualization technologies, including KVM, VMware, and HPE VM Essentials / Morpheus.

Manage advanced Linux administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Drive architecture governance, technical validation, and production readiness.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, operations, and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills

✅ Linux / UNIX: Advanced administration, kernel, systemd, filesystems, LVM, multipathing, and troubleshooting.

✅ KVM Virtualization: Strong hands-on experience with KVM, libvirt, virsh, virt-install, and virt-manager.

✅ VMware: ESXi, vCenter, virtualization concepts, and migration strategies.

✅ Storage: SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and storage integration.

✅ Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, bonding (LACP), bridging, MTU, and complex network troubleshooting.

✅ High Availability: Serviceguard and Pacemaker clustering.

✅ Infrastructure Architecture: Compute, storage, networking, security, and enterprise solution design.

✅ Solution Consulting: Ability to understand customer requirements and develop technically viable solutions.

Added Advantage

Experience with HPE VM Essentials / Morpheus

Automation and orchestration experience

Enterprise infrastructure transformation projects

Experience in regulated enterprise environments
