About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer with 3–5 years of experience in software development and AI application engineering who can build, integrate, and maintain intelligent applications using modern AI technologies.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to transform business requirements into production-ready AI applications, develop intelligent workflows, and integrate AI capabilities into existing software systems.

The role provides exposure to Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, NLP, API integrations, and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python and modern software development frameworks.
  • Build and integrate LLM-powered features into existing applications and business workflows.
  • Develop AI agents capable of executing multi-step tasks, using tools, and interacting with external systems.
  • Design and implement RAG pipelines using document processing, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval techniques.
  • Integrate AI models and third-party services through APIs and backend systems.
  • Develop prompt templates, structured outputs, tool calling, and context management strategies.
  • Build backend services and APIs that support AI-powered product features.
  • Evaluate and optimize AI applications for output quality, latency, scalability, and cost.
  • Implement error handling, validation, and guardrails to improve the reliability of AI-generated outputs.
  • Investigate production issues, debug application behavior, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to translate requirements into working features.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and automated checks for AI-powered applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and software design discussions.
  • Deploy applications and support monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with developments in AI development frameworks, LLMs, and agentic application architectures.Required Skills
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing software applications.
  • Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, backend services, and third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and LLM application workflows.
  • Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
  • Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of databases, SQL, and data processing.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control, testing, and code review practices.
  • Ability to debug complex application issues and improve system reliability.
  • Understanding of application security, input validation, and error handling.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and QA teams.Good to Have
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Hugging Face, or open-source LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI development frameworks.
  • Experience building AI agents, multi-step workflows, or tool-using LLM applications.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS, or Chroma.
  • Experience with asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Exposure to AI evaluation frameworks, observability tools, and production monitoring.
  • Experience integrating AI applications with React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
  • Familiarity with caching, rate limiting, and optimization techniques for AI applications.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade AI applications.Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant software development experience and demonstrated AI application development skills are encouraged to apply.What We're Looking For
