We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as an SAP ABAP S/4HANA Developer within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive backend support for SAP Fiori applications to ensure robust user experiences.
  • Design and implement REST and SOAP-based integrations to connect disparate systems effectively.
  • Utilize the SAP Integration Suite, PI, and PO for managing complex middleware and data exchange scenarios.
  • Lead initiatives related to S/4HANA conversion projects, including necessary code migrations and adaptations.
  • Conduct rigorous unit testing and performance tuning to optimize system efficiency and response times.
  • Execute custom code remediation strategies to align legacy applications with S/4HANA standards.
  • Perform analysis using ATC and manage code corrections through SPDD and SPAU tools.
  • Develop and maintain core ABAP logic and S/4HANA-specific functionalities.
  • Create and manage CDS Views and OData services (versions V2 and V4) for data exposure.
  • Implement solutions using the RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) model for modern application development.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess a work experience range of 3 to 6 years in relevant SAP development roles.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP ABAP and S/4HANA development methodologies.
  • Have hands-on experience with SAP Fiori backend support and UI5 technologies.
  • Show expertise in building REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Be familiar with the SAP Integration Suite, including Process Integration (PI) and Process Orchestration (PO).
  • Understand the complexities of S/4HANA conversion and code migration strategies.
  • Possess strong skills in unit testing, performance optimization, and debugging.
  • Experience with custom code remediation and ATC analysis is essential.
  • Competency in using SPDD and SPAU tools for dictionary and repository adjustments is required.
  • Proven ability to develop CDS Views and OData services (V2/V4).
  • Knowledge of the RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) framework is mandatory.
