About the Role

We are looking for a AI-Native Full Stack Engineer who combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.

This is not a traditional full-stack role. We are looking for an engineer who understands how to leverage Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI to build intelligent, production-ready products.

You will own end-to-end development, from solution architecture and frontend/backend engineering to AI integration, deployment and optimisation. A strong builder mindset and the ability to use AI-native development tools to accelerate engineering delivery are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
  • Build production-grade AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop AI agents, agentic workflows, tool integrations and MCP-based capabilities.
  • Architect and integrate secure APIs, databases, cloud services and enterprise systems.
  • Use AI-native development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, refactoring and deployment.
  • Own technical architecture, code quality, performance and end-to-end product delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, AI and engineering teams to translate business requirements into intelligent technology solutions.

Technical Expertise

Full Stack Engineering

  • React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Python (FastAPI/Django) and/or Node.js (Express/NestJS).
  • REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices.
  • PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis.Generative AI & Agentic AI
  • OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and/or open-source LLMs.
  • RAG, embeddings, semantic search and vector databases.
  • LangChain, LangGraph and/or LlamaIndex.
  • AI Agents, Multi-Agent Workflows and Tool Calling.AI-Native Development & Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot.
  • AI-assisted engineering workflows and MCP-based development.
  • AWS, Azure or GCP.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant 2-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend and backend development.
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production.
  • Practical experience implementing RAG, LLM integrations, vector databases and AI agents.
  • Experience using AI-native coding tools as part of the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of system design, application architecture, scalability and security.
  • Ability to independently drive projects from concept to production.

An added advantage: Experience building enterprise AI products, SaaS platforms, autonomous agents, MCP integrations and optimising LLM performance and cost.
