Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer balances multiple priorities and contributes to the overall success of the project by integrating modern development methodologies and frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
Experience in front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Experience integrating SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
