Purpose of the Role:

Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native web applications while driving end-to-end technical solutioning across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI/ML technologies. The role is responsible for building robust enterprise applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS, and modern microservices architectures, while providing technical leadership, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and modern frontend/backend frameworks.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, RDS (MySQL/SQL Server), DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
  • Drive end-to-end solution delivery from concept through deployment, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including Python-based models and Large Language Models (LLMs), into web and cloud applications.
  • Design, implement, and oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Mentor development teams and promote best practices in coding standards, architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with application security standards, data privacy regulations, and cloud governance frameworks.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities, system architecture, and developer productivity.
  • Provide technical leadership in agile delivery environments and guide engineering teams through the software development lifecycle.
