Job Title: Python Lead Developer

Experience: 5–7 Years

We are looking for an experienced Python Lead Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, modern web frameworks, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and database design. The candidate will lead a small development team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications.
  • Lead a team of developers by providing technical guidance and code reviews.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code following coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best coding practices.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.Required Skills
  • 5–7 years of experience in Python development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.
  • Experience with Django and/or FastAPI or Flask.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Good knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
  • Strong understanding of Git version control.
  • Experience with Docker and containerization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of software design patterns.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
