Growth Strategist & Cofounder
We’re looking for a Growth Strategist & Co-Founder to build RekinDil’s growth engine.
The product is built. The mission is clear. Now, we need someone who can turn RekinDil into a sustainable business.
ReKinDil is a life-rebuilding platform for people navigating divorce, separation, or major relationship transitions.
We help people turn “How do I rebuild my life?” into a personalized journey with clear goals, actionable steps, and measurable progress across wellbeing, social connections, parenting, finances, career, and relationships.
Beyond personal progress, ReKinDil helps people discover shared interests, join community circles, participate in real-world events, and build meaningful connections.
We’re building a platform that brings together personal growth, practical action, and real human connection.
Our belief: Advice can inspire. Action rebuilds life.
We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond marketing and wants to build a business.
What you’ll own
- Growth strategy: Define our positioning, target customers, and go-to-market strategy.
- Customer acquisition: Identify and build repeatable channels to reach the right audience.
- Conversion: Turn interested prospects into active, paying customers.
- Retention: Build strategies that keep users engaged and help them experience meaningful value.
- Revenue: Develop and validate monetization strategies that support sustainable growth.
- Experimentation: Test ideas, learn from customer behavior, and double down on what works.
Who we’re looking for
- Someone with demonstrated experience in growth strategy, product growth, or building early-stage businesses.
- Someone who understands the complete journey from customer discovery to revenue.
- Someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Someone who values measurable business outcomes over followers, impressions, and vanity metrics.
- Someone comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from the ground up.Experience with consumer products, personal development, wellness, or subscription-based businesses would be valuable.
If you’ve personally experienced divorce or rebuilt your life after a major relationship transition, that perspective would be a meaningful advantage, though it isn’t a requirement.
What makes this opportunity different?
This isn’t a conventional marketing job.
We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape the business, influence strategic decisions, and build a sustainable growth engine alongside the founder.
The right person will have meaningful ownership of growth strategy and business outcomes, with the potential for a genuine co-founder relationship.
The specific responsibilities, commitment, equity, and working arrangement will be discussed based on mutual fit.
