Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Developer. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet client business requirements. Daily responsibilities include building and enhancing Lightning Web Components, configuring and customizing Salesforce objects and workflows, and developing Visualforce pages and Apex classes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. The Salesforce Developer will also support ongoing administration tasks, participate in releases, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com development skills, including Apex programming and integration experience.
  • Candidates should possess experience with Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce UI customization.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Visualforce pages and related front-end customization within Salesforce.
  • Candidates should possess Salesforce.com administration skills, including user management, security, and configuration.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of core Salesforce.com platform features, data model, and best practices.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are preferred.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, and version control tools is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
