About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer focused on Java backend development who thrives on shipping fast, owning systems end to end, and solving real business problems at scale. You will build core backend systems that directly power customer value and report to the founders.

What You Will Own

• Design, build and scale backend services powering cloud-based data ingestion pipelines, cost analytics and reporting engines, and procurement workflows and automation.
• Ship clean, production-grade REST APIs with strong performance and reliability.
• Own delivery from idea through implementation, deployment and monitoring.
• Optimize performance across services, database queries and data pipelines.
• Work with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate closely with founders, architecture leads and junior engineers.What We Are Looking For
• Strong Java 11/17+ expertise, including multithreading and concurrency.
• Deep experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, PostgreSQL or Oracle, and MongoDB or other NoSQL systems.
• Strong API design and system integration experience.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Good knowledge of Maven or Gradle, Git, JUnit and Mockito.Experience
• 4–6+ years in backend engineering.
• A proven track record of execution, ownership and shipping features.
• Experience in startup or high-velocity product environments is a strong plus.Why Join
