Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Full Stack Developer at Bluebex. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features in iterative cycles. The developer will troubleshoot issues, improve existing codebases, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
Solid understanding of version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and secure coding principles.
Ability to analyze requirements, design clean solutions, and write maintainable, well-documented code.
Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating in distributed teams using digital communication tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
