Role Description The Generative AI Business Strategy and Transformation Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s generative AI strategy to enhance Business Risk and Resilience solutions, including identifying use cases, defining roadmaps, and leading transformation initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior stakeholders to align AI-driven programs with business objectives, overseeing the design and implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows, and establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption. The leader will guide cross-functional teams, manage external technology and consulting partners, and track performance metrics to ensure measurable business impact. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, mentoring team members on AI capabilities, and contributing to client-facing proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in business strategy, digital transformation, and change management, with experience leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Hands-on exposure to generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics, including working with AI platforms, models, and tools relevant to risk management.
  • Experience in risk management, enterprise risk, or business resilience, with the ability to translate risk frameworks into AI-enabled solutions.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and team mentoring in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong business acumen and outcome-focused thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in AI, analytics, or risk management are an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in consulting, financial services, or technology-led risk solutions is highly beneficial.
