Hiring: AI Program Manager

Experience: 8+ years

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are looking for an AI Program Manager to manage enterprise AI initiatives from planning and prioritisation through delivery, governance, adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years leading AI programs or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive AI adoption and track ROI and productivity improvements.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI, AI agents, RAG and AI governance.
  • Familiarity with Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or Azure AI.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI portfolio plans, roadmaps, milestones, risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with business, engineering, product, data, security and operations teams.
  • Develop business cases and track ROI, productivity improvements and realised benefits.
  • Facilitate governance reviews and provide executive updates.
  • Drive AI adoption through rollout planning, training and change management.
