Role Description This on-site Data Analyst internship role is based in Varanasi. The intern will work closely with senior consultants to collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Day-to-day tasks include building reports and dashboards, supporting data modeling activities, and assisting with statistical analysis to generate actionable insights for clients. The role also involves documenting methodologies, presenting findings in a clear, audience-friendly format, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Interns are expected to learn and apply best practices in data analytics while contributing to real client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Statistics for data interpretation and hypothesis testing.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Data Modeling concepts and basic experience working with relational or dimensional models.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
