Role Overview

We’re looking for a curious and driven AI Research Engineer who wants to explore emerging AI technologies, experiment with AI models, and build practical solutions to real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

• Research the latest AI models, tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Experiment with LLMs, AI agents, and AI automation workflows.
• Build and test AI prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Explore ways to apply AI to business processes and real world challenges.
• Assist in integrating AI capabilities into products and existing systems.
• Evaluate model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Document experiments, research findings, and technical recommendations.
• Stay updated on emerging AI developments and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Knowledge of Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
• Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and work independently.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI agents, RAG, or vector databases.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building AI projects or working with open source models.
• A GitHub profile, portfolio, or relevant research projects.
