Founding AI Engineer (Part-Time | Equity)We're an early-stage startup building AI agents that do real work for businesses, not just chatbots.

We've validated the problem through early customer conversations and are now building our first product. We're looking for a Founding AI Engineer who wants to build from zero, take ownership, and help shape the product and company.

🛠️ What You'll Work On

• AI Agents: Design and build LLM-powered agents using prompting, tool calling, memory, orchestration, and evaluations.
• Full-Stack Development: Build backend APIs, dashboards, and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Production Engineering: Own deployments, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and LLM costs.
• Product Decisions: Work directly with the founders to decide what to build, how to build it, and what to prioritize.🎯 Who We're Looking For
• You've built and shipped at least one AI/LLM-powered product used by real users.
• Strong in Python or TypeScript, with experience in technologies such as React/Next.js, Node.js/FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable owning features end to end, from idea and architecture to production.
• Can consistently commit 10–15 hours per week for at least 6 months.
• Bonus: Experience with real-time systems, voice/telephony, messaging APIs, or multilingual applications.We're looking for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, moves fast, and thinks like a product owner, not just an engineer.

💰 What We're Offering

• Meaningful founding equity: A portion allocated upfront through a formal founders' agreement, with the remaining equity vesting over 4 years.
• Part-time commitment: 10–15 hours/week, fully remote.
• No salary initially: Compensation will be revisited once we generate revenue or raise funding.
