AI/ML delivery Lead – Azure AI and Gen AI

Job Summary:

AI/ML leader with 8+ years of experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions, from business discovery and architecture to production deployment.

Experienced in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, predictive analytics, and enterprise AI application development.

Skilled in designing scalable cloud-native solutions, data pipelines, AI automation, and production monitoring frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of ML and AI use cases, including predictive forecasting, pricing and margin analytics, anomaly detection, optimization, and conversational analytics.

• Architect solutions on Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Fabric/Databricks).
• Build generative AI and RAG solutions for natural-language access to financial and operational data.
• Apply optimization and geospatial techniques to route, logistics and cost-minimization problems.
• Deliver business-facing apps, workflows and dashboards using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Establish MLOps, model monitoring, security, and AI governance practices, including access control, auditability, and responsible AI.
• Manage scope, timelines, budget and stakeholders, and guide data scientists, engineers and partners.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in data, AI or ML, including 3+ years delivering on Azure AI services.
• Track record of leading ML projects into production.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Azure ML, MLOps and data pipelines.
• Working proficiency in Power Platform.
• Experience with generative AI/LLM solutions (Azure OpenAI, RAG).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
