The role

Our technology is what sets us apart. You’ll build the in-house products our team relies on every day, from first idea to production.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship internal products and tools end-to-end.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations with third-party systems.
• Automate workflows so the team can focus on what matters.
• Work directly with sales and operations to understand problems and turn them into software.
• Shape our architecture and engineering practices from early on.You’re a fit if
• You have solid experience with TypeScript or Python.
• You’ve built and shipped products, not just features.
• You’re comfortable across the stack: backend, data and a bit of frontend.
• You like working with LLMs and use AI tools in your daily work.
• You speak good English. German is a plus.You’re probably not a fit if
• you need detailed tickets before you get started.
• you prefer polishing code to shipping it.
