AI/ML Engineer

Location: New Delhi–NCR

Experience: 4–7 years

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in developing, training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and optimizing AI/ML models and supporting their integration into applications.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or open-source contributions are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize Machine Learning models.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, experimentation, and model evaluation.
• Develop AI solutions for NLP, Computer Vision, prediction, and other relevant applications.
• Evaluate model accuracy, latency, reliability, and performance.
• Support model deployment and application/API integration.
• Conduct error analysis and document experiments and results.
• Follow data protection and Responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

• 4–7 years of relevant AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or Keras.
• Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of data preparation, feature engineering, and ML workflows.
• Experience integrating or deploying models into applications is preferred.

Relevant Tools and Technologies

• Hugging Face Transformers.
• Pandas and NumPy.
• OpenCV and spaCy.
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Docker, MLflow, and Git.
• Relevant model evaluation metrics and experimentation practices.
