Education: B.Tech from a Tier-1 college (M.S / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a similar field preferred)

What You’ll Do

• Perform hypothesis testing, insight generation, root cause analysis and factor analysis
• Develop predictive and prescriptive statistical models using machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Train and test models, improve accuracy and monitor model performance
• Extract data from EDW / big data platforms and prepare datasets (base data creation, aggregation, transformation) and perform EDA
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and present findings

What We’re Looking For

• 3 - 5 years of relevant machine learning experience
• Minimum 1 year of Generative AI experience
• Fluency in at least one of Python, R or Java
• Strong grounding in statistical and machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Hands-on knowledge of Python libraries: SciPy, NumPy, Pandas, IPython, Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of distributed big data processing (PySpark, Jupyter, Linux, AWS)
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills
• High sense of ownership, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong learning acumen and a love for technology
• Team management skills (a plus)
