Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a motivated AI Developer who is passionate about artificial intelligence and wants to build practical AI solutions that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered chatbots and intelligent virtual assistants for customer engagement.
• Build and integrate applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that enable AI systems to answer questions using company documents, knowledge bases, and business data.
• Integrate AI solutions with websites, APIs, CRM systems, and customer support workflows.
• Explore AI automation for customer enquiries, complaint management, lead qualification, and after-sales service.
• Work with Python, APIs, databases, and cloud-based AI services.
• Test, evaluate, and improve the accuracy, reliability, speed, and cost-effectiveness of AI applications.
• Collaborate with the team to convert business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow good coding and data security practices.Required Skills
• Strong programming knowledge in Python.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning fundamentals, and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and tools such as OpenAI API, Gemini API, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and backend development.
• Basic knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.Prior Experience
• Experience building AI chatbots or virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, or Pinecone.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Exposure to speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or AI-powered voice agents.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• A portfolio of AI projects on GitHub or live demonstrations.
