Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Squad/Tech Leads to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in full-stack development, software architecture, CI/CD practices, and team leadership while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Drive architectural decisions and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.Required Skills:
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js (Backend).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices, and modular architecture.
• Experience building scalable and distributed applications.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies.
• Strong experience with Git version control.
• Experience working with RDBMS databases and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
