About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about building, integrating, and deploying AI-powered applications to solve real-world problems.

You will work closely with our engineering, product, and AI teams to develop intelligent applications, integrate machine learning and Generative AI capabilities, and improve the performance and reliability of AI systems.

The role provides exposure to multiple areas of AI development, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and AI automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered applications using modern AI models, frameworks, and APIs.
  • Develop and implement machine learning solutions for real-world business problems.
  • Build applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Develop AI agents and automated workflows to handle multi-step tasks.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with backend services, databases, REST APIs, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop and optimize prompts, structured outputs, and tool-calling workflows.
  • Prepare and process datasets for AI applications and model evaluation.
  • Evaluate AI systems for accuracy, relevance, latency, reliability, and cost.
  • Debug AI applications and investigate unexpected model behavior.
  • Collaborate with product and QA teams to test, validate, and improve AI features.
  • Deploy AI applications and assist with monitoring their performance in production.
  • Document technical implementations, experiments, and development workflows.
  • Stay updated with developments in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI engineering.Required Skills
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integrating external services into applications.
  • Familiarity with data processing, data manipulation, and basic statistical concepts.
  • Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
  • Basic knowledge of software development practices, debugging, and testing.
  • Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
  • Ability to analyze technical problems and implement practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams.Good to Have
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, or open-source AI models.
  • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to RAG applications, AI agents, chatbots, or conversational AI.
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or similar technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with SQL and databases.
  • Exposure to AI evaluation, automated testing, and model performance monitoring.
  • Experience building and deploying AI or machine learning projects.Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
